Three Distinct Phases To The AccelerProcess

Your potential, skills, motivation and confidence is fully identified using the AccelerProcess.
It's execution is organized for maximum efficiency. There are several components and steps within each Phase.

Phase 1: Specification Exercise                 
Your idea is clarified, flushed out, and organized. A concise goal is determined, objectives and strategies are determined, and a path to move forward are identified. This is a revealing and critical exercise, and is the foundation for Phase 2 & 3 to build upon.

Phase 2: Branding Exercise
The Branding Exercise determines your brand promise and brand value. It identifies the distinctive benefits an individual or company will perceive when they experience your service or product. This is crucial in order to move  forward in a marketplace. By working with the client, a definitive brand is achieved in relationship to the target market, a tag line is developed, company name (if needed), and how to speak about their company.

Phase 3: Action Plan
The final phase is the Action Plan, which is developed based on results from the previous exercises. It includes key strategies with tactical activities that support accomplishing the stated objectives. Implementation assistance is also available.

The average time line to complete all phases is between eight and twelve weeks and depends on the complexity of the project, and availability of the client.
